1. Shipping Policy

At IK, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and safely. Please note the following details about our shipping process:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Please allow additional time during holidays or peak seasons.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on your location:
    • North America: 3-5 business days
    • Australia & New Zealand: 7-22 business days
    • International: 5-14 business days
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from IK. If you're not happy with your products, please refer to the following guidelines:

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
NOTE:
If the box or packaging is damaged, we kindly ask that you send us a photo before opening it so we can fairly assess your claim. Rest assured that we’ll do all that we can to provide the best solution depending on the situation.
Please be aware that we package items as securely as possible but minimal dents/scuffing can be possible during courier shipment. Note as well that it's normal for palettes to have some dusting around the outside of the pans - this is not considered damage.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at ifrasim26@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Changes/Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we begin processing and cannot make changes.
